Die Pancakes waren wie immer gut. Der Service freundlich, aber teilweise etwas überfordert. Zeitweise war es durch das Kommen und Gehen hektisch.

Wenn man Pancakes liebt ist man hier genau richtig. Pancakes aller Art mit verschiedenen Beilagen. Sehr lecker.

I would give zero stars for Service and Atmosphere if I could. Honestly, the whole restaurant is a mess! The staff don't know what they're doing, they just run around trying to figure it out or hangout with each other and laugh and complain about customers. We waited for over an hour for 2 pancake plates and over 25 minutes for 2 coffee cups while they were trying to figure out how to make them. Another weird situation I had in the restaurant was that I could only pay cash, when I said I wanted to pay by card they didn't want that, so I agreed to pay cash as I thought maybe their card machine didn't work, but I then saw that they indeed had a card machine who worked as a few people were paying with card. (this all happened before we even could order). At the end of the long and very stressful meal as it's a very hectic environment and people complaining left and right for the right reasons as I saw at least 5 tables leave before their orders came and a delivery man wait at least 30 minutes for their order and the end which he left and came back later as they were too slow and the staff running around dropping plates, breaking things, etc.. At the end of the meal I had decided I actually wanted to pay by card and my sister wanted to pay cash so we would just split the bill which is a very normal thing to do usually in a restaurant and which we have the right to do, but then we were told this wouldn't be possible as before the meal the waitress had asked us if we could pay cash, and we agreed so apparently we were now forced to pay by cash. I told the “manager” my complaints and she basically blamed it on me and said that she had tried everything to make the restaurant work and that the restaurant was just like this as they want to make the most money, which I understand, but there's a limit as most customers I could see were not happy. Therefore, I highly recommend you to stay away from this place! Unless you want to waste 1–2 hours of your day waiting for food, which isn't even that good.

Food is good. Ambiance is not. 100 degrees inside while outside is about 70. Fix it.

Strange vibe, no toilet, unfriendly service, asked us to pay cash even though there seemed to be a machine for card payments. Food was okay.

Tolle Panncakes süß oder auch salzig. Kaffee gut; nicht bitter und verträglich. Gute Adresse. Kommen gerne wieder. Danke

We want to try a pancake breakfast. We ordered different meal sets and all were delicious. The waiting was not too long and the staff was friendly.

Preis-Leistung im Bezug auf die Speisen passen. Der Service, Sauberkeit und Ambiente sind alle schlecht bis mangelhaft. Nacht der Bestellung direkt gefragt zu werden, ob man auch in bar zahlen kann, lässt eine vorsätzliche kriminelle Absicht vermuten. Bestellung quasi nur auf englisch, ist man genervt aus Berlin gewohnt, nicht aber in München. Sauberkeit und genereller Zustand des Mobiliars waren bedenklich. Die Bezahlung war dann doch auch per Karte möglich es musste aber erstmal noch alles eingebucht werden…

Die Pancakes waren wie immer sehr gut. Leider war es ziemlich voll und alles hat etwas gedauert.

Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Pancakes. Der Service ist freundlich, spricht leider kaum Deutsch und kennt sich nicht gut aus.

20min auf den reservierten Tisch gewartet, nach weiteren 30min Wartezeit war das Essen immernoch nicht da. Wir sind dann gegangen. Personal ist überfordert.

Das Essen war lecker, wir haben aber sehr lange gewartet obwohl es nicht voll war. Irgendwann haben wir vorne an der Theke Bescheid gegeben, dass wir uns die Getränke vol Kühlschrank selber rausnehmen

As always my blueberry pancakes with bacon and sunny side up eggs were amazing! Today was a little hectic. I was served a Tea without a tea cup and my friend’s pancakes came so late because it was given to the wrong table. However we had really nice waitress who sorted things for us as quick as possible.

Längere Wartezeiten, vor allem um zu zahlen, recht laut und eng. Große Portionen und lecker.

Wir dürften nach Ladenschluss noch sitzen bleiben und fertig essen.

Pancakes are great, service friendly. Minus is definitely the intense fried smell that will stick to you and your clothes and the dirty toilet and basement area.

Sehr gute Pancakes aus dem selbst gemachten Teig. Der Service könnte etwas besser sein, die Mädels wirkten etwas unerfahren und nicht ganz bei der Sache.
